在强制电流阴极保护系统中,辅助阳极工作时进行氧化反应遭受腐蚀,或是周围电解质被氧化,系统回路中总电阻主要由导线、元器件、地床接地几部分组成,阴极保护系统的能耗多发生在阳极接地电阻上,故降低阳极地床的接地电阻对整个系统的运行有很大的影响,降低接地电阻对节约电能是至关重要的。在安装辅助阳极时,同步添加高纯度的焦炭填料可以有效的降低阳极地床的接地电阻。In impressed current cathodic protection systems, auxiliary anodes corrode due to oxidation during operation, and the surrounding electrolyte is also oxidized. The total resistance in the system circuit mainly consists of wires, components, and ground bed grounding. Most of the energy consumption of the cathodic protection system occurs on the anode ground bed resistance. Synchronously adding high-purity coke backfill during the installation of auxiliary anodes can effectively reduce the anode ground bed resistance.
