高硅铸铁阳极是阴极保护系统中常用的阳极材料,几乎适用于各种环境介质,用来保护港工设施、地下管道、地下电缆、储罐外底板等。阳极可以在各种海水、淡水、土壤等介质中工作,但不适用干燥和硫酸盐含量高的环境。当阳极通过电流时,在其表面发生氧化反应,从而形成一层SiO₂保护膜,这种膜极耐酸,可有效阻止基体材料的腐蚀,降低阳极的溶解速率。
A common anode material for cathodic protection, suitable for port facilities, underground pipelines, storage tanks, etc. Works in seawater, freshwater, and soil (not dry or high-sulfate environments). Forms a dense SiO₂ protective film during operation, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance.

安装技术需求
Installation Requirements
1. 可用于焦炭地床,也可直接埋设在低电阻率的土壤中Can be used in coke beds or directly buried in low-resistivity soil.
2. 阳极引出线与阳极接触电阻 <0.01Ω,拉脱系数大于自身重量的1.5倍Contact resistance between lead wire and anode <0.01Ω; pull-out strength ≥1.5 times the anode weight.
3. 接头密封可靠,不能进水。阳极引出线长度不小于1.5米,尽量不留接头Reliable joint sealing (waterproof); lead wire length ≥1.5m (minimize joints).
4. 阳极表面无明显缺陷No visible defects on the anode surface.
