MMO阳极(Mixed Metal Oxide)：即混合金属氧化物阳极，又称不溶性阳极(Dimensionally Stable Anode)，是以工业纯钛为基材，覆盖一层贵金属以及其他金属氧化物薄膜经高温烧结而成的金属电极。多应用于氯碱工业，自发明以来取得革 命性的突破，并迅速在其他电镀、电解等电化学工业被广泛应用，在阴极保护系统中也逐渐成为常用的辅助阳极材料之一。

MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide) anodes (dimensionally stable anodes) are titanium-based with a noble metal oxide coating. Widely used in chlor-alkali industry, electroplating, and cathodic protection due to ultra-low consumption rate and high current capacity.

MMO阳极消耗率极低，电流容量高，因此这种阳极是强制电流阳极里面广泛运用于阴极保护领域的。根据应用环境及阳极形状不同，分为棒状、管状、带状、片状、网状等。金属氧化物管状阳极适用于很多环境，如土壤、淡水、盐渍水和海水中，是目前阴极保护中替代高硅铸铁阳极有前途的产品，而且其重量轻，使用寿命长，性价比非常高。

阳极应用

Applications

• 管状阳极：多应用为埋地管道的阴极保护辅助阳极，可以单支也可以组合成作为深井阳极使用Tube anodes: Auxiliary anodes for underground pipelines (single or combined as deep well anodes).

• 网状阳极：多用于储罐外底板阴极保护的辅助阳极，可以直接铺设在储罐底板下砂垫层中，用钛导电片将网状阳极和电缆接头通过专用焊机焊接一起，通过阳极电缆连接至恒电位仪即可Mesh anodes: Auxiliary anodes for storage tank bottom protection (laid under sand cushion, connected to potentiostat via titanium conductive strips).
