管道穿越地铁、轻轨、矿车等直流电气化轨道时会产生较大的直流干扰，直流干扰下阴极保护数据无法准确测量，同时直流干扰腐蚀也会造成管道阴极保护腐蚀加快，影响管道的安全运行，需要对直流杂散电流进行处理，该设备主要用于埋地管道杂散电流排流项目中，是缓解直流杂散电流干扰的重要设备之一。

When pipelines cross DC electrified tracks such as subways, light rails, and mine cars, large DC interference is generated. Under DC interference, cathodic protection data cannot be accurately measured, and DC interference corrosion will also accelerate pipeline cathodic protection corrosion, affecting the safe operation of pipelines. DC stray current needs to be treated. This equipment is mainly used in buried pipeline stray current drainage projects and is one of the important equipment to mitigate DC stray current interference.

工作原理

Working Principle

设备采用单向导通二极管、电容及防雷模块组成，工作状态时只允许电流由管道流向地床，需要配合牺牲阳极地床使用，是缓解直流杂散电流干扰的重要设备之一。

The equipment is composed of a unidirectional conducting diode, capacitor and lightning protection module. In the working state, it only allows current to flow from the pipeline to the ground bed. It needs to be used with a sacrificial anode ground bed and is one of the important equipment to mitigate DC stray current interference.
