The electrolytic copper/aluminum marine biofouling prevention device is a marine antifouling equipment developed based on electrochemical principles. It generates toxic cuprous oxide (Cu₂O) and flocculent aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)₃) through low-voltage DC electrolysis of copper alloy and aluminum alloy anodes, realizing dual protection of anti-biofouling and metal corrosion prevention for seawater pipeline systems. The device is widely used in ships, offshore platforms, coastal power plants, seawater cooling systems and other scenarios, effectively solving the problems of pipeline blockage, reduced heat exchange efficiency and metal corrosion caused by marine biofouling, and has the advantages of high efficiency, environmental protection and low maintenance cost.
