可编程式微控恒电位仪是一款集恒电位仪、动态直流排流、交流干扰去耦及基于特殊算法的综合智能调控于一体的创新型阴极保护电源设备。其核心采用闭环控制系统,通过实时监测管道电位并动态调整反向电流输出,构建“排流+阴极保护”双重防护体系。具备毫秒级响应能力和机器学习优化算法,可自适应复杂环境,不管是现有的阴极保护系统还是利用自身恒电位仪功能都可协同形成“排流+阴极保护”双重防护机制。

The programmable micro-controlled potentiostat is an innovative cathodic protection power supply equipment integrating potentiostat, dynamic DC drainage, AC interference decoupling and comprehensive intelligent control based on special algorithms. Its core adopts a closed-loop control system, which constructs a dual protection system of "drainage + cathodic protection" by real-time monitoring of pipeline potential and dynamically adjusting reverse current output. It has millisecond-level response capability and machine learning optimization algorithm, and can adapt to complex environments. Whether it is an existing cathodic protection system or using its own potentiostat function, it can synergistically form a dual protection mechanism of "drainage + cathodic protection".
