智能测试桩是阴极保护行业中利用智能电位采集仪和物联网技术对管道的各项参数实现数据远传的一套现代化智能监测设备。管道管理单位可以通过该设备实现远程查看、分析、统计数据，对埋地管网的保护电压、保护电位及其分布规律进行方便快捷的管理。智能测试桩充分保证数据准确性与及时性，也极大提高了管道安全运行维护工作的效率。

The intelligent test pile is a set of modern intelligent monitoring equipment that uses intelligent potential collectors and IoT technology to realize data remote transmission of various pipeline parameters. Pipeline management units can remotely view, analyze and count data through this equipment, and conveniently and quickly manage the protection voltage, protection potential and distribution law of underground pipe networks. The intelligent test pile fully guarantees data accuracy and timeliness, and also greatly improves the efficiency of pipeline safe operation and maintenance.

系统组成

System Composition

智能检测桩由两大部分组成：硬件设备与软件平台。其中硬件部分包括智能电位采集仪、供电电池、数据无线远传模块、极化探头、天线等;软件部分包括数据库、服务器系统及浏览客户端。

The intelligent test pile is composed of two parts: hardware equipment and software platform. The hardware part includes intelligent potential collector, power supply battery, data wireless remote transmission module, polarization probe, antenna, etc.; the software part includes database, server system and browsing client.

工作原理

Working Principle

数据采集：通过智能采集仪可以测量所需的通电电位、断电电位、交流电压、交流电流、直流电流等相关数据

Data Collection: The intelligent collector can measure the required on-potential, interrupt potential, AC voltage, AC current, DC current and other related data

数据处理：将采集到的数据信息进行A/D转换，将模拟信号转换为数字信号再进一步处理为智能中心控制模块需要的数据

Data Processing: Perform A/D conversion on the collected data information, convert analog signals into digital signals and further process them into data required by the intelligent central control module

数据发送：中心控制模块与无线通讯模块进行数据交换，将处理好的数据信息通过GPRS或4G网络发送到服务器，从而实现整套采集仪的正常运行

Data Transmission: The central control module exchanges data with the wireless communication module, and finally sends the processed data information to the server through GPRS or 4G network, so as to realize the normal operation of the entire set of collectors

数据查看：用户只需打开浏览器，根据提供的账号密码可以登录查看所有数据，并对数据进行统计分析，可以生成报表及曲线图，并进行报表下载等操作

Data Viewing: Users only need to open a browser, log in to view all data according to the provided account and password, perform statistical analysis on the data, generate reports and curves, and download reports
