Product Introduction

ER腐蚀探头，是用来测量管道腐蚀速率的专用设备。埋在有阴极保护状态或没有阴极保护状态的环境下，通过综合测试仪/智能桩等设备，测量ER探头的埋地腐蚀速率，来评估阴极保护的保护效果或环境的腐蚀强度。腐蚀探头具有测试腐蚀速率、管道通电电位、断电电位、交直流电流、锌参比电位等功能，也可以利用所测数据评估已实施阴极保护的管道腐蚀速率及管道阴极保护水平。

The ER corrosion probe is a special equipment used to measure the pipeline corrosion rate. Buried in an environment with or without cathodic protection, the buried corrosion rate of the ER probe is measured by comprehensive testers/intelligent piles to evaluate the protection effect of cathodic protection or the corrosion intensity of the environment. The corrosion probe has functions such as testing corrosion rate, pipeline on-potential, interrupt potential, AC/DC current, zinc reference potential, etc., and can also use the measured data to evaluate the corrosion rate and cathodic protection level of pipelines with implemented cathodic protection.
