管道穿越高压线路、交流电气化铁路等干扰源时,由于电容耦合、电阻耦合以及电感耦合等方式对管道造成交流干扰,进一步造成管道阴极保护功能失效并加快腐蚀、甚至损坏外加电流设备等问题。固态去耦合器作为常用的排流设备,对解决高压输电线路感应电流、线路的故障接地短路电流、雷击的接地引入电流等产生的交流干扰有非常显著的排流效果。该设备是集钳位式排流、浪涌保护器和火花间隙于一体的交直流干扰处理产品,可以在保证管道的阴极保护效果的同时,对交流干扰进行有效的缓解与消除。

As the most commonly used drainage equipment, the solid-state decoupler has a very significant drainage effect on solving AC interference caused by induced current of high-voltage transmission lines, fault ground short-circuit current of lines, ground introduction current of lightning strikes, etc. The equipment is an AC-DC interference treatment product integrating clamped drainage, surge protector and spark gap. 固态去耦合器利用电容元件导通稳态交流干扰电流,同时具备故障电流与雷击浪涌的防护能力,还具有精确的直流导通值。该设备对直击雷和感应雷进行排流和电压限 制。各元器件之间采用特殊的智能能量配合方式,保证交流、直流、直击雷、感应雷干扰之间的智能切换、有效动作和能量配合,保障管道故障电流的安全泄放,同时对管道的阴极保护电位影响几乎可以忽略不计。
