阴极保护电位测试试片采用与管道同材质的钢材做成标准面积，通过电缆连接到被调查管道，用于模拟管道防腐层破损点，利用试片的瞬间断开电位实现近似管道断电电位的测量。标准试片可用于管道的通电电位、断电电位、交流电压、交/直流电流以及交/直流电流密度测试。

The cathodic protection potential test coupon is made of steel of the same material as the pipeline with a standard area, connected to the surveyed pipeline through a cable, used to simulate pipeline anti-corrosion layer damage points, and realize the approximate measurement of pipeline interrupt potential by using the instantaneous break potential of the coupon. Standard coupons can be used for testing pipeline on-potential, interrupt potential, AC voltage, AC/DC current and AC/DC current density.

试片技术参数

材质：标准试片材料与被调查管道材质相同，材质可定制。

面积：常用标准试片的面积取1cm²、6.5cm²、10cm²,试片形状及面积可定制。

表面处理：试片表面保持金属光泽、无锈蚀；

密封：电缆连接牢固，连接电阻尽可能小，连接处做密封处理；

注意事项

试片必须埋设后测量时间应保证其充分极化后再进行相关测试；

使用数字万用表测量检查片瞬间断开电位时，应在断开0.5秒后读数并记录；
